Samantha began her yoga journey in 2010 when an acquaintance told her to 'chill-out', and suggested she try yoga. After taking a few classes she noticed a change in how she viewed life; "My anxiety levels went down and I realized that not everything is such a big deal, and I can only control my reactions."
In 2011, she graduated from college with a Bachelors in Journalism and Political Science. While not having a clue what to do next and knowing a yoga certification would take time she said; 'Well, I like to workout and why not work at a gym. Samantha became a NASM certified Personal Trainer in 2012 and later received her 200 Hour yoga certification in Bali through Core Essence Teacher Training in 2014.
Samantha's classes will take you on a journey that will challenge your body while calming your mind; 'It's a vibe.' Expect creative sequencing that embodies a sense of strength, playfulness and peace. "Yoga heals and it is fun."
