Jackie has been practicing with various teachers and trying different styles of yoga since 2006. She's found many of the physical and mental benefits of yoga in her life. In pursuit of more knowledge of the practice and philosophy of yoga, she completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training with the Yoga One Vinyasa Flow program in 2017. Uniting the inspiration from her years of practice and teacher training experience has helped her find a vision for her own practice and as a teacher.
