Brie has been practicing yoga since 1998 and completed her teacher training through Core Essence Yoga in 2015. Yoga has been a constant reminder in her life to look within herself for healing and happiness. Brie's teaching style mirrors a vinyasa flow with a focus on lengthening, aligning and strengthening. Her sequences vary in pace from class to class but are always based upon bringing yogis into a fun and challenging peak pose. One should leave Brie's class feeling strong, calm, and happy.
